We want you to be happy with your order. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return of an eligible item. Customers arrange and pay return postage for change-of-mind returns, in the UK and overseas.
Items personalised with your own name or message, or made to your individual specifications, cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Choosing a standard design does not by itself make an item personalised. Discounted items have the same return rights as full-price items.
Your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied are unaffected. Please contact us so we can put it right; we cover reasonable return postage where the problem is our responsibility.

The Item I would say is one for the most beautiful pair of Rosary Beads I have ever had. Such a beautiful design. The one thing I only problem is you need to find your own Rosary Beads bag as one isn't supplied with them, which I thought one should be supplied with it.
