Raw Scottish Honey from Paisley Honey
Paisley Honey produces seasonal, small-batch raw Scottish honey from our own bees in the West of Scotland. Our honey is gathered from the flowers, trees and hedgerows around our local apiary, including changing seasonal forage such as willow, sycamore, lime, clover, garden flowers, bramble, rosebay willowherb, ivy and other plants that bloom through the Scottish year.
Each jar reflects the season, weather and landscape it came from, so colour, flavour and availability naturally vary from harvest to harvest. Paisley Honey is not a large honey producer and our honey usually sells out each year, but when it is available it is packed with care and sent from our small Scottish workshop in Paisley.
Our honey sits alongside our handmade devotional gifts, rosaries and prayer beads as part of the same quiet Paisley Honey story: bees, craft, prayer, nature and small-batch Scottish making.
