Saint Patrick Rosary with Carndonagh Cross
Handmade in Scotland, this rosary is crafted with 8 mm Connemara marble beads, the distinctive green stone often called Ireland’s gem. Its cross is a faithful replica of the ancient Carndonagh Cross, one of Ireland’s oldest high crosses, symbolising the meeting of faith and heritage at the northern edge of Donegal. The centrepiece bears Saint Patrick, patron saint of Ireland, surrounded by detailed Celtic knotwork. On the reverse, a map of Ireland intertwined with bees, shamrocks, and a knot motif honours both creation and community — themes close to Patrick’s heart. The metalwork, chain, and cross are plated in sterling silver 925, while the remaining components are durable stainless steel. Measuring 70 cm in circumference, this rosary blends craftsmanship and devotion, inviting prayer rooted in Irish soil and tradition. Each bead recalls a lineage of faith stretching from ancient monastic Ireland to today’s seekers of peace and purpose.
