Lapis Lazuli Celtic Anglican Rosary
This Anglican rosary is handmade in Scotland using 8mm lapis lazuli beads, chosen for their deep blue colour long associated with truth, wisdom, and contemplative prayer. Lapis has been used in devotional art for centuries, symbolising the heavens and the steadying presence of God. The metalwork is crafted from durable stainless steel, with the chainwork plated in sterling silver 925 for a gentle shine that complements the richness of the stone. At its centre hangs a simple, robust Celtic cross—an ancient symbol of faith in the British Isles, its circle representing eternity and the unending love of Christ. The four cruciform beads are small stainless steel crosses, marking the pauses that guide Anglican prayer through its rhythm of praise, reflection, and intercession. Together, these materials create a prayer tool that is strong, balanced, and deeply rooted in the spiritual traditions of Scotland and the wider Anglican world.
