Our honey is shaped by the landscape around our hives. Honeybees can travel up to three miles for forage, and the pollen they gather gives each harvest its own distinctive character. In our gardens, the bees enjoy lime trees, lavender and hedging close to home, while their wider larder stretches out to the heather and gorse of the local Gleniffer Braes parkland. On a good day, we can sit and watch them returning laden with pollen and use pollen charts to glimpse what has been on the menu.

The result is a raw local honey with a rich depth of flavour and a beautifully thick, generous texture. Because it is raw and minimally handled, it does naturally set over time. We see that as one of the hallmarks of real honey: pure, unadulterated, and full of natural character. Unlike heavily processed or pasteurised honey, raw honey does not stay artificially runny.

Each jar is a small reflection of the season, the forage, and the place from which it came.

We are proud members of the Kilbarchan District Beekeeping Association and the Scottish Beekeeping Association, and we care deeply for the health of our bees and the environment they help to sustain.

Alles in allem gut verarbeitet. Gerne wieder!

Bought 2 jars are well I always need one in my stock as its not only delicious ate alone, added to things, to sweeten herbal mix tea the list is endless! As its more than divine and moreish! To be honest I would rather the kids asked for a tea spoon of honey as its nature nectar! it has such wonderful properties, healing inflammation, calming a sore throat... i could list so many ways it can help your body but 2 were bought as my elderly neighbour has been saying she cant rid her cough so I bought her a jar. She was really happy to receive it and also said "oh honey, why did I forget!" Honestly it is more than just honey... Life's elixir!

Yum!! I just tasted this honey and it is really good! I am used to store bought honey that is inexpensive. This is supreme and high quality honey which I have never tasted before. I have had an upset stomach for much of the day and a spoonful of this honey has actually helped settle it. It is a beautiful golden color. The canvas bag with the bee is really nice to have. It took about 2 weeks to go from Scotland to Florida (USA). I would definitely purchase more honey from this vendor again. Communication was great, shipping was fast, and packaging was secure. A+++++

In my humble opinion this is the best honey i have ever bought, my kids love it too and i love that i know where it came from, its local to me, im supporting those honouring an age old tradition that spans over 5 thousands years! I recently looked at my MIL's store bought honey as the colour looked odd to me and on the back it said "blend of EU and non-EU honeys" .... So this jar will be replacing that. No wonder it looked odd.
